We’ll focus on connecting the energetic nature of the chakras, and the physical and physiological functions of the body for improved function and proper metabolism, reproduction, and sleep.  

This 90-minute healing journey is designed to bring harmony and deep relaxation to the mind, body and spirit.  We’ll begin with breathwork, movement, and meditation to prepare the body and move into a seamless sound journey through the endocrine system, from the creative glands through the body to the pineal gland.
